In this workshop, participants will watch “Applying the Standards for Libraries in Higher Education – Communicating Results and Crafting the Library’s Story”, a webcast from the ACRL Standards for Library in Higher Education series. The webcast focuses on how to use the Standards as a basis for communicating the library's impact. An engaging conversation with panelists will occur after the webcast on how to go back to our universities and apply what we've learned in the session.

Trainer Bio:

Danielle Theiss is the Research, Learning and Assessment Services Librarian at Rockhurst University’s Greenlease Library. Prior to coming to Rockhurst in 2010, she worked as the General Reference Coordinator at K-State Libraries at Kansas State University.
